SudokuWorld is a nice version of the intriguing Japanese game, that challenges us to complete the grid with the missing numbers.
Basically, the grid is divided into nine columns, nine rows, and nine regions. The game objective is to fill all the tiles with numbers from 1 to 9, without repeating them neither in rows and columns nor in regions. Although it sounds easy, in practice it is a game that requires a lot of concentration, plus a bit of logic, being a good exercise to keep our brain healthy.
The game's interface is really well designed, with simple graphics and soft colors, with all the game options easily accessible. We can, for example, change the skill level at any moment by selecting any of the three options from a handy toolbar. We can also click the hint button, pause a game to continue playing later, or restart our current game. The game also includes a pencil marking feature, to mark tiles with a possible number.
Moreover, if you are a beginner and need more information about the rules, you can take a look at the help file which will be displayed in the same window, or else go to the website where you will find a comprehensive guide with all the game details and descriptions of the most well-known methods.
SudokuWorld is absolutely free, light weight, and works perfectly with all Windows operating systems.
